Return & Refund Policy

At Bigfoot Supply LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Item is in original packaging (if applicable)
  • For sealed media (DVDs, CDs, games), items must remain factory sealed to be eligible for return
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or unsealed media products (DVDs, CDs, video games) due to copyright protection
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is"
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at bigfootsupplyllc.com@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number.

Return Shipping

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Bigfoot Supply LLC is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at bigfootsupplyllc.com@gmail.com. We'll help facilitate the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
