At Bigfoot Supply LLC, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

International Shipping:
We do not  currently ship to international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at bigfootsupplyllc.com@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at bigfootsupplyllc.com@gmail.com.
